  • Upper Room

    Salcombe church has a large upstairs conference room (the Upper Room) including tables, comfy seating, chairs, and if necessary kitchen facilities downstairs.

  • Narthex

    The lobby of the church is great for book sales, antique fairs etc.

  • Whole Church

    For concerts, exhibitions and conferences the church is adaptable and ideal.

Malborough

  • Kirby Haye Room

    The church has a small room including tables and chairs, and if necessary kitchen facilities downstairs ideal for committee meetings or small clubs.

  • Northside

    The north side of the church has been reordered to allow for meetings and gatherings, funeral teas etc.

Galmpton

  • Day Retreats

    In 2015 the church was adapted with special attention to making it useful for small group day retreats. It includes a new kitchen and an open area in front of the chancel, along with also a wild flower garden.

Cost and Conditions

For availability, costs and full conditions please contact the parish office (01548 842626) . Our spaces are well kept, accessible and popular. We have had art exhibitions, concerts, bookstalls, antique fairs, exercise groups, local history talks, and barn dances, community events, committee meetings, play rehearsals, etc..

The churches are often used for funeral teas or baptismal parties.

Exclusions

Generally our conditions exclude non-Christian or esoteric events or sales. This exclusion party political gatherings or events which directly contradict a Christian ethos. We also reserve the exclude events which have or celebrate explicit content.
